Southern California employees who live a considerable distance from work may be eligible to ride to work in a van pool. Van Pools are available in various locations throughout the surrounding Los Angeles area. Employees can earn points redeemable for Disney Store Gift Certificates, Disney Dollars, or a Payroll Redemption Option. Employees earn two points each day that they carpool, bicycle, walk, or ride public transportation to work. They also can earn points by telecommuting, working a compressed week or riding in a vanpool, in departments where those options are viable.
